What is Praxis Method?

The Praxis Method takes the endless barrage of knowledge and theory of positive psychology out there and puts it in a format you can digest and take action. By implementing Praxis, you will be able to develop new life-changing habits, practice gratitude and formulate mindfulness techniques.

Habits Praxis: Develop a new, life-changing habit

They say your habits determine your future. Break the chains of bad habits and finally develop the new habit that you know will transform your life. The Habit Praxis will help you build new routines and help keep you focused & motivated even when you falter.

Mindfulness Praxis: Be more present, attentive and serene

Tune into your body, feelings and mind through guided and systematic journaling activities. Through this, you develop the toolbox to manage stress & the world around you more effectively. Work specifically to cultivate mindful practices.

Gratitude Praxis: Practice gratitude daily

An easy, quick way to markedly improve your quality of life by taking quick moments to acknowledge the good in life. By turning it into a daily practice, and with strategies to keep your reflections fresh and non-repetitive, you create moments of joy for yourself, daily.
